What if I become ill before I depart or while traveling?

Do I have to pay up front?
In most cases, no. Many travel packages require only a per-person deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at a later date. Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary depending on the destination, services included, added budget items, and the terms and conditions of our travel partners.
Final payment timelines depend on the specific package and how close you are to the departure date. In some cases—particularly for trips booked closer to departure—full payment may be required sooner.

Can I make changes or customize a package?

Can I book solo? Do I have to pay more?

Most package prices are based on double occupancy. In some cases, a single supplement may apply for solo travelers, depending on the destination, accommodations, and supplier policies. This typically applies only to the room or cabin—not to tours, meals, or activities included in the package.

Can you help me find a roommate?
At this time, we do not pair solo travelers with roommates. All room-sharing arrangements must be made by travelers who book together.

Can I bring my children?

Do all of your packages include flights? Can I book my own?
We build travel packages from the ground up, so flight inclusion depends on how your trip is designed. In many cases, we recommend complete travel packages that include flights, hotels, transfers, resorts, and activities, as this often provides better value, smoother logistics, and added benefits.
That said, we fully understand that some travelers prefer to book their own flights using miles, credit card points, or personal airline preferences. If you choose to do so, you can simply share your flight details with us, and we’ll integrate them into your itinerary and coordinate the rest of your travel services accordingly.
We’re also happy to review flight and hotel bookings made on your own and explore possible upgrades, exclusive options, or additional services that can be added to your overall travel plan. When applicable, we can also align independently booked flights or hotels with other group budgets or package components to ensure a seamless experience.
The goal is always the same: to create the best possible trip, whether flights are included or booked separately.
Can I request specific seats on my flights?
Seat requests depend on the airline and the fare type selected. In many cases, you may request seat preferences such as aisle or window seats, and in some situations, specific seat numbers. However, seat assignments and upgrades are ultimately controlled by the airline.
Some airlines include seat selection in the fare, while others may charge an additional fee. If seat selection is available and included, we’ll be happy to submit your preference on your behalf.
If you prefer, you may also select or change your seats directly with the airline after tickets are issued. Final seat assignments are subject to airline policies and availability.

Will I earn loyalty points or miles?

We always recommend that you inform us in advance of any loyalty programs or memberships you belong to (airlines, hotels, cruises, or credit cards). When applicable, we’ll include those details in your booking or guide you on how to add them directly with the provider.
Earning points or benefits is ultimately determined by each provider’s rules, but we’ll always help you maximize eligible rewards whenever possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are made directly by the client using their own credit card. We do not use our own payment methods or cards on behalf of clients.
Whenever possible, payments are processed directly with the travel providers (airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) at their standard or negotiated rates, without markups or hidden charges.
In some cases—depending on the complexity of the itinerary, number of components, or level of customization—a service fee may apply. If so, this will always be clearly disclosed and discussed in advance before any payment is made.
In most situations, our clients benefit from preferred pricing, bundled offers, or direct provider rates, with no additional commissions or service fees.
We believe in full transparency and will always explain how payments are handled, who is charging what, and why—before you commit.
How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
The earlier, the better—especially for international trips, peak seasons, or complex itineraries. That said, we also specialize in last-minute planning when possible. Every trip is different, so timing will depend on availability, destination, and travel goals.
Can you help with special requests or celebrations?
