Payment Terms & Conditions – Kairo Travel

1. Payments & Deposits

All bookings with Kairo Travel require a deposit or full payment at the time of confirmation, depending on the supplier’s policies (hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines). Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

2. Final Payment

Final payment deadlines are set by each travel supplier and may vary. Failure to complete payment by the required date may result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit, with no responsibility on Kairo Travel.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards. Some suppliers may charge additional processing fees, which will be disclosed in advance. By submitting payment, you authorize Kairo Travel to charge your selected payment method.

4. Prices & Availability

All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmation is issued. Prices may change due to supplier adjustments, currency fluctuations, taxes, or fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual supplier. Kairo Travel acts solely as an intermediary and cannot override supplier policies. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to supplier timelines and conditions.

6. Changes & Modifications

Any changes requested after booking (dates, names, room categories, services) may incur additional fees from suppliers. Kairo Travel is not responsible for costs resulting from voluntary changes made by the client.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or unforeseen events. Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.

8. Responsibility & Liability

Kairo Travel acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or tour operators.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Kairo Travel first to resolve any payment-related concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in booking cancellation and additional administrative fees.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Conditions and the policies of all applicable travel suppliers.
